In order to be able to proceed with purchase of a new instrument, the instrument shop informs you with some additional important information that is good to know.
Getting a new instrument:
  • the manufacturer provides you with its “Lifetime warranty”,
  • you get a “warranty booklet” with the instrument. The booklet contains useful information on how you can maintain your instrument, as well as a few pages for a detailed record of the services you will do.
  • you are entitled to “five free services for the first two years.
It is also important to know that:
  • the instrument shop does not accept trades in used instruments from other manufacturers for the purchase of a new one.
  • the prices listed for each instrument do not include any case or packaging for the instrument.
