- With every purchase, the manufacturer offers preset time guarantee for each instrument as well as five «free service» for the first two years from date of purchase.
- The workshop does not accept exchanges of second-hand, deteriorated or damaged instrument with a new one in any case.
- For each «custom order», which is not included in Bouzoukicy models, offered by the workshop, the client is obligated to buy the instrument in each case.
